November Greetings
There’s so much good news and life happening in our church right now — we might just let the rest of this newsletter speak for itself!
We’re are though especially looking forward to welcoming Ps Joshua & Sannita Winarta, Regional Directors of C3 Church Indonesia, with us in Canberra this weekend! Ps Joshua will be preaching Sunday Nov 2, and we’re expecting a vibrant, faith-filled morning together — he’s a firecracker!
Across Indonesia, God continues to raise and affirm incredible leaders through these stunning, servant-hearted people. From church planters to pastors being equipped and strengthened, their ministry is bearing beautiful fruit. With the upcoming C3 Xpress training and Leadership Academy launch, even more disciples and leaders will be empowered across the region.
We’ve shared a long friendship and partnership with this amazing couple through our Partners giving, and it’s a joy to see the lasting impact of that investment. Thank you, church because your generosity continues to make a global difference.

Current Teaching Series
We’re in an open series together as a church family. In this season, each minister will be released to bring what the Spirit is saying uniquely to us. Over the next few Sundays we are hearing from Ps Joshua Winarta, Ps James, Kristy and Ben.
Come with expectation—ready to receive a living Word that will stir faith, bring fresh perspective, and awaken something new in you and your household. Let’s lean in and anticipate all God wants to do
Prayer
As the practice that brings us regularly into fellowship with God and deepens our unity with each other, our prayer with each other is powerful in shaping us as a community. Join us as we open our building for regular times of morning prayer.

Sunday Kids
We run our GroKids program for primary-aged children during the service on Gathered Sundays of the school term. During this 45-minute session kids play, pray and learn creatively from God’s word
We have prepared a space at the back of the auditorium with lounges for parents/caregivers and some table activities, books and toys for your little ones (0-Pre-School) to use.
Coming Up
Growing Stronger, Growing Safer
Our GroKids team is expanding — and we’re thrilled to see wonderful youth stepping up! This Sunday, our Junior Leaders (Years 6–8) will complete Safe Church Training – Teen Edition, equipping them to serve with wisdom and care.
“Safe Church” isn’t just a box to tick — it’s about building a culture of trust, safety, and love for our children and vulnerable people. Let’s follow their lead! Email the office for the training link and join the team.
Plus, exciting plans are underway to refresh the Little Sprouts room for next year!
Friday Youth
Our Youth Team are passionate about helping young people make good friends, good choices and grow to know a good God who has created them with a purpose for their life. Friday nights are full of fun and connection!
This term we will be engaging in the Youth Alpha course together – a fantastic opportunity to learn, ask questions & deepen their faith. Please remind your youth to bring their bibles and note pads each week.
Youth gather Friday nights Week 2-10 of school terms from 6:30-8:30pm.

Summit Youth 14–15 Nov 2025 is our annual Summit Youth Event at C3 Belconnen. Friday Night: Outreach + Praise Party Saturday: Breakouts, ministry time, and extended worship. Rego your young people — their neighbours, cousins and mates! Let’s see them enter the new year filled with fire and purpose for Jesus. Friday 5 Dec
4:30pm-6:30pm Year 6-8s are heading to First Strike Laser Tag (Fadden Pines)
7-9pm Youth + Young Adults are heading to Escape Rooms in Phillip
Home Church
Every 4th Sunday of the month, we gather at homes across Canberra. A chance to deepen connection; sharing in morning tea or lunch while enjoying our online church service.
We also run a home church experience on these weeks at our 184 Clive Street Ave location at 10:00 am. Find a Home Church here or reach out via the office.

Fortnightly Friday C3 Cares
C3 Cares provides free community morning tea, connection, and pantry item support on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month during the school term. Held in our church foyer, all are welcome. Feel free to contact the office for more information.

Midweek Playtime
9:30am-11:30am Wednesday mornings during ACT school terms. It’s the perfect opportunity to play, create and have some fun with your bubs to pre-school aged children, while connecting over a cuppa with other parents, grandparents and carers.

Connect Group
Our groups keep us connected to Jesus and His community by helping people to build relationships and centralise fellowship around our joint relationship with Jesus, creating community where new and existing congregation members can be known and cared for. They cause us to grow to be more like Jesus, through communal discipleship, providing a space for people to share, ask questions and grow in their spiritual formation. They provide regular spaces to pray with one another and encourage each other in how we are reaching others with God’s love.

Young Adults
Young Adults from our high school graduates through to ~mid twenties gather regularly for Home Church, Connect Groups and events.
The Young Adults of C3 Monash also make for a vibrant addition to our volunteer team.
