A message of hope and hot lunch is shared each C3 Cares, and a food hamper given out.
C3 Cares started in May 2016 and is held every fortnight on a Wednesday 11:30am to 1:30pm.
If you are looking for a place to feel welcome and enjoy a free homemade lunch, good conversation and leave with a food hamper then C3 Cares is for you. We have giveaways each fortnight but most of the comments we receive are about the wonderful food we have prepared by our dedicated team.
“I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at C3 Cares for blessing us every week.”
“I would like to thank C3 Cares for the lunch and fellowship as they both mean a lot to me.”
“The hampers are amazing and help me feed my family”
“I don’t know what it is about this place but I just feel good when I am here.”
Is C3 Cares a way you want you Reach and give to those in need?

Through Red Frogs, we support young adults at university, major sport events, Night Life, music festivals and schoolies. Whether it’s providing food, hydration, alternative activities to drinking or a listening ear, our Red Frogs volunteers are able to generously serve and safe guard the next generation of young people What is Red Frogs Street Crew? Street Crew is an exciting, brand new outreach into the Canberra Civic area on Thursday nights. We are the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing light into the some of the darkest places of our city. Our team is strategically located to provide water, Red Frogs, a safe place to stop and a listening ear for the many young adults out on the town.
We currently volunteer Fortnightly on Thursdays in Civic. Contact us for more details by clicking here.
