To keep the sizes to a minimum and allow you to easily download and play them on your computer, our online messages are provided in 32kbps MP3 format. Click on a link to listen or right-mouse-click and select "Save Target As" to save the message to your computer. To put these messages on your iPod, download them as above. Place your iPod in its cradle and iTunes should start (if not, manually start iTunes, or install iTunes from http://www.itunes.com/). Now, using Windows Explorer, drag and drop the message files on to 'My iPod' in iTunes.
